keith, I knew a guy years ago that did a lot of engine turning on his drag cars (mostly ford pops) on the fire walls etc.. he used a small pillar drill and a home made jig to index the patterns, he used an old engine valve on to which he stuck emery cloth to get the effect, you could do the same using cartridge rolls on a mandrel, it's a pity it's not as popular now it looks really good when done well, Paul. /// /// land-speed@autox.team.net mailing list /// |
