This may sound initially vague but i would need a ton more
info to make an intelligent decision. Like what kind of
induction, compression ratio, timing for the cam at 0.050
lift, cam lift, lobe separation, rod length, intended power
range just about everything as there is no real 'blanket'
answer... 3 degrees in one engine and cam may be one thing
that has nothing to do with another cam or engine.
