>From my observation of the Burkland car. It had two engines, two transmissions, two differentials. The engines are turned around (face to face) and the cranks were connected. They had a fire one year and blower belt replacement was a big problem. Obviously this system works and works exceptionally well. Is it the best way to run two engines?? I don't know, maybe the list can figure it out. John Beckett /// /// land-speed@autox.team.net mailing list /// |
