Fish Carbs

Folks, one of my pals bought and tried a Fish Carb back in the '50s when
they were a Hot Item.  Said it worked fine on a warm dry day, but was
totally hopeless on a cold damp morning because of carburetor icing.
So, people bought 'em in droves, put 'em on, then had to take them off
because they didn't work under all real-world conditions.  Cheers Bill
