You caught one of my favorite deals.... Folks always talk about the one they
wish they still had....
Mine is sitting in my upper garage... it's a 1956 Austin Healey 100 nothing
really fancy but I restored it from 79-84 and still have it.... It's the car
I will Never sell.... my kids may one day... but I heard that story in so
many variations that I knew Money would never replace it... I paid 1200 for
it.... spent 10,000 on it over all those years.... ( painting cars for other
folks to earn the money ) Paid alot of dues to own that car... even bought
it from my first wife.... ( does that mean I bought it twice?) Some folks
ask me why I don't drive it more... or at all sometimes.... and the reason
is that it's special.. to no one but me.... I go through phases where it's
important and I play with it.... but like right now it's resting for a
couple of years... it's not being hurt by sitting.... I know what I have to
do to get it out of storage... and I will one of these days just to get a
Picture.... Hmmm
