Labels on vehicles

Are there standards for labels on the outside of streamliners?  I'm in need of 
hatch release instructions, electrical shut off switch, and maybe one showing 
where the fire bottle pull levers are.  I guess some race clubs require certain 
labels for consistency.  Any thoughts?  I'm getting ready to have some graphics 
made soon....
