As I recall when Bob flipped the roadster there was a little more then a
bent wheel. They had the car apart at the motel and for it's day the car was
one of the better built ones, as were all of their record holding cars. Some
sheet metal damage, tie rods etc. They worked all night and came back to
take home the record that year. Not bad for a couple of west coast kids and
their hot rod.
