The car needs an altenaror every car i put one on went
faster not slower. You have about a 32 amp load to keep the
car running now without the heaters........ The best heater
i ever put on a LSR car involved a loop of steel tubing in
the oil tank that had water from the engine bypass running
through it. it was one very large bypass loop that got the
oil up to 170 pretty quick. It cost nothing to run
electrically or power wise and did exactly what it was
supposed to do. BTW you need to run a thermostat in the
engine for this to work but that is not problem for me as i
am a great fan of those too.
