201 in a Q45? Very impressive. That's a big car.
An old friend, Alan Pagan, who runs Infiniti engines at Indy, told me that
they have a "destroker" kit, which he used to convert his three 4-liters to
3.5's for this year's race. (Richie Hearn was his driver.) So, maybe
bucksdown IRL teams are scooping up the rather limited supply of those
Nissan motors. I'd figure guys would have much better luck getting old
/OldsAurora Indy engines, not to mention that the early Infinitis were
grenades.
