Ed there is a coupler which brings the pipes together under the car and is
Very Low in Altitude... like 2 1/2 in ovaled.... It's Called a Dr. K
basically it's Two 45 degree bends that Meet in a X fashion under the
car....
Muscle Motor Sports has a Bunch of this stuff to include the Pipes that
would go out to the side in all Super Low Profile stuff.... and it's
actually pretty Cheap...
What I like about them is that they also clean up the bottom of the car
aerodynamically.... Not that Any Wind is getting under my car at speed...
but Nascar thinks it does and works hard at controlling airflow....
Personally I just Dump Mine Straight Back and Put Nasty Stuff all over the
bottom of the car...
Love to see the difference in a couple of different Combinations...on the
dyno... to include Header Tube lenghts.... and Diameters....K
