If you are referring to the 903 Porsche, sorry not good on names yet.
They blew a rubber expansion plug out of the side of the crankcase. No
real damage done. You will notice in the pic the car jacked up on one
side and a nice slick near the front. It has a dry sump oil system so
no oil down of the track till it was parked then the run oil started
draining back. That's when he found the leak. Guess a good point for
dry sump systems.
