List, It,s a good thing that LSR didn,t adopt the rules that inboard hydros used. Although you only ran a measured mile (later just a kilo) you had a flying start , ran the course slowed down and made a return run immediately. Most times a boat might only get 2or 3 attempts at a single meet. I realize that course has to be reset , but 1 hour and then impound might make some people think twice about their fuel mixture and red line on the 1st run.
