FIA rules and records

There was a question regarding where to find the rules and records from
FIA -
you will not find them on the FIA web site
but you can sometimes get some information from ACCUS, which is the US
FIA member organization,at:
ACCUS
1500 Skokie Blvd. Ste 101
Northbrook, IL 60062

You need to pretty specific as to what kind of information you want -
because you can never get a list of all the records - they don't file
that way.
