Glen & Group,
I just picked up the Dean Batchelor book that I mentioned earlier. Its
title is "The American Hot Rod", sells for $29.95 @ Barnes & Noble, may
be cheaper at Amazon. It naturally duplicates some of the pictures and
info found in the other books I mentioned, but it covers some things
that I haven't seen in any of the others. Lots of info on old four
banger and flat head equipment, for instance, 16 valve overhead setups
for four cylinder Fords.
