Hi,

Just from my own experience:-

Yes, worth it.

Not sure where the issue is here=E2=80=A6if you have an alloy cover, like m=
ine, buy the =E2=80=9Calloy cover=E2=80=9D one. If not, buy the other one. =
Presumably there is some small difference in shape.

You need to get the appropriate glue, then stick it permanently to the rock=
er cover. Not easy, as it=E2=80=99s prone to contracting inwards along the =
length of the cover. (Self-explanatory once you=E2=80=99re actually doing i=
t.) Do I recall the use of clothes pegs and/or bulldog clips? Not sure..)

Anyhow, once it=E2=80=99s on, it=E2=80=99s great. You can take the cover of=
f and replace it with confidence. No leaks=E2=80=A6no gloop sticking cork t=
o head.

..Worth it. In my opinion at least.

Simon

I have the excellent Ray Juncal rocker cover with a cork gasket.=C2=A0 I no=
ticed that Moss sells a silicone gasket.=C2=A0 =C2=A0So 2 questions for the=
 list:

1.=C2=A0 Is the silicone gasket worth it?

2.=C2=A0 Moss has 2 versions, one for the original rocker cover and one for=
"alloy covers". No other=C2=A0explanation.=C2=A0 =C2=A0Anyone have an opin=
ion on which to get?

Thanks.
