Where in the world is anodizing cheap for you?  Here in California I was
quoted $700+ for the 4 pieces of cockpit surround.  Used to be cheap here,
but California regulates everything out of existence. I had mine polished
and powder coated.  I'll just re-powder coat as necessary because that is
still cheap here.  I don't know for how much longer though.  Sacramento
usually gets around to every business and either regulates it to death or
runs it out of the state.  If it didn't have the high profit tech companies
in Silicon Valley there would be no economy here.
