John,

Thanks for the info.  My current wheel is a 14 1/2" Moto Lito and I always
thought it too small.  I have an old 16 1/2"
wheel frame so I will try to get a wood rim made from that and buy a 16
1/2" in the meantime.  I have the adjustable wheel so I guess 16 3/4" would
be just fine.  The frame just might be original.
