[Healeys] steering

my bj8 has developed a slight pull to the left.  have done all the things like 
swapping tires, shocks, etc.  suspect a bushing might have failed but wondered 
if anyone has had this problem.   also, where can i get the round shim that 
fits into the front of the o/d.  i screwed mine up big time.
