Check that the needles in the carb rebuild are the correct taper, if all
else fails.

Take the main fuel line off the carb and start the ignition, letting fuel
dump into a big jar. If it is pumping out in a slow stream, then probably
something is wrong with your pump. Also check in the jar for dirt/rust.
Also possible that something is clogging the inlet pickup inside the
tank....
