[Healeys] BJ8 brakes not releasing

had the same problem a few years ago. would lock up after driving a while.  
traced it down to the brake pedal being adjusted to tight.  apparently the 
fluid would expand and cause the brakes to not release fully.  turned the 
clevis in a few turns on the brake rod and problem went away.
