Sorry. I don't use it in a parts washer. I pour a little in a plastic pan
and use a stiff (not wire) bristle brush.

Gasoline is the one substance I would not use in a parts washer. While
there is no danger from the pump, there is a chance of static electricity
causing a spark and kaboom. Also gas is a really lousy cleaner as it leaves
an oily residue.
