[Healeys] Inter changeability of parts

Hi listers

my BN1 steering arms were out of true and after a search a good  mate in 
the club gave me a perfect pair from a low mileage A70 he dismantled 
back in the 70s!  Got me thinking about parts inter changeability with 
Austin sedans etc, does anyone know of a list of what fits Healeys from 
Austin sedans, other British marques etc?
