Curt,
I cannot explain what you found on Body 338 but the horizontal panel was
used on all from the preproduction cars on through. The vertical panel,
however was not introduced for some time.

Yes they were used on the BN2s. Only the early BN1s did not have them. I
know that body number 338 did not have them.
Do you still need the NOS splash apron?
