Hi Ron,

 

I'm sorry, I really don't know when the Sprite Guidelines were last updated.
I'm on the Concours reviewing committee for the Big Healeys, but not the
Sprites. You could ask Bruce Gearns or Brian Thornton (both in the S.E.
Michigan AHCA Chapter directory) and they could tell you first hand.
