[Healeys] How to test the overdrive relay

[sbyers at ec.rr.com (BJ8 Healeys)]

Apply 12 volts to terminal W2, and ground terminal W1.  Check for continuity
between terminals C1 and C2.  There should be continuity with 12 volts
applied to W2, and no continuity with no voltage applied.
