Hit or miss on the alignment, but be aware that the pump has a front and back side that provides clearance with the casting. Very subtle, but will make a mess of a good unit. Thus it supplied insufficent oil for the system. I have polished the piston, and voila: it is working! BTW is there any trick to install the pump accuratly to meet the two holes drilled for the two small bolts? I did it trial-and-error way, and it was quite time consuming. Have a nice sunday: Gergo |
