What I do with pin holes on gas tanks is first was the tank out with Muritic acid then grind off the exterior where the holes are and fill them with JB Weld and with an electric sander on the exterior smooth it out like body work. Then I coat the inside with gas tank sealer from Bill Hearsch and it is good as new . |
