Connect positive terminal on the 'donor' car/battery to positive battery
terminal or chassis--preferably chassis--on Healey.
Connect negative battery terminal--or chassis, preferably--on donor to negative
terminal on Healey battery.
Make the last connection--on either--to the nominal ground (i.e. positive lead
to chassis on Healey or negative lead to
chassis on donor).
Turn key on and hit the starter.
