[Healeys] Moss points

I have found the red cam follower wears down (soft material) causing the
points to need re adjustment often.  I found some NOS and used it for years. I
had the dizzy rebuilt by Jeff at Advanced and he put some good stuff in that I
haven't touched in a couple of years.
