[Healeys] What is fill volume for steering box & idler box '60 BT7?

Steering box has leaked for a long time.
I've seen the threads on removing cover(s) and using a tube to suck out
remaining 90wt oil.
The idler box apparently doesn't leak.
How much Penrite should I order for both boxes?
