I re-wrapped the fields. When I jump the F and D term and connect it to a 12v
source it does run as a motor. When I jump the F and D term when in the car
it doesn't even light a test light. It should light the light and even blow
the bulb when the RPM raises. Maybe one volt on a volt meter? Any thoughts
of why this would be?
