A quick search on Abebooks found five copies ranging from $242.45 to
$1308.54US. The two lowest prices of 242.45 and 249.95 were from the
Goodwill of San Francisco and the Friends of the Phoenix Public Library
respectively. The latter is a library discard.
Go figure.
