That is why I am rebuilding the Distributor today to make sure
the pivots aren't
too loose which could be preventing the specified
centrifical advance of 35
degrees.
Any idea on what the Water Pump Pulley
dia should be for a 1962 MkII 3000?

advance. Run the engine to 2500 or so and
see what your timing is. Total
should be around 32 degrees adv. Above 36 is
pushing it
