Actually, Coloramic holds the copywrite for the Pikovnik book. Think that
they are one and the same.

There are 2 ICI codes for OEW according to this.
( There is also a Pale Ivory. )
OEW is your battle. My interest when I found this site, was the Carmen Red
and the Carmine Red with the same Mfg Code and different ICI codes.
