Cheaper to replace with a new Lockheed type servo from Powertune. They
are from about GBP90. For the big Healey you will need a ratio of appr.

but you can find several other suppliers. You have to watch it for a few
weeks to find the full range. Sometimes it is claimed that they are the
original Lockheed.
Quality seems to be OK as I know of several people who have used them
without problems. and I did not hear of negative experiences yet.
There is even an original Girling servo on Ebay at the moment but check
the diameter on your car first:
