[Healeys] non-healey - pre-war talbot

fellow healey fanatics,A friend has acquired a pre-war Talbot, but knows
nothing about the marque. Is there a Talbot club or talbot list that he can
access that he can join to find out more about the car. Any information or
advice duly appreciated.
