Ed,
Yes, the first of the 100/Six engines were numbered 1CXXXX. which were 2639
cc displacement engines. Later they went to the 26D series which stood for
the2639cc engine displacement. The introduction of the 3000 had engines
beginning with 29D for the 2912cc displacment.
