[Healeys] Bugeye sighting

On the shoulder of the Jane Adams Expressway, northwest of Chicago: this 
morning I saw two men up on the top deck of a car hauler apparently 
struggling to secure the top on a nice Old English White Bugeye.   I 
don't know their story, but a storm was coming in fast.
