[Healeys] healey tires

i had at least three BJ8s in the club that i could not get the shake out with 
balancing the tires, even new ones.  they all had the brake drums out of round 
and one had to have about 130 grams taken off one side.  check the drums and 
also the driveline which caused havoc with a BJ7.   hjim
