[Healeys] Touch Up Paint

I got a number of paint chips on my car going to the Conclave. I've tried going 
to Pep Boys to see if any of their touch up paint colors will match, but none 
do. Does anyone have an idea of how to have a custom color matched, and little 
bit of paint made?
