[Healeys] Email Question, No Healey

Some one is sending me spam with my Email address on it.    I can't really
block it cause that blocks "myself".  How does this happen and what recourse
do I have.    And no,   I don't open any of these spam messages
except for checking the "properties"  to see who is sending them.
