I tried putting an old nut back on the end above the trunnion and hammering
the hell out of it with no joy, I ended up taking it to work and getting the
welder to heat the trunnion while i again walloped the shaft before we got it
off, the only advice i can also give is that you will probably end up getting
new kingpins anyway so the only part you will keep is the hub and upper
trunnion, my photo album is linked from John Sims website showing much of
