Redline also makes a MT-90 oil for the gearbox which is slightly heavier than their MTL grade. When I called Redline a few years ago and asked what they recommended for the Healey OD/gearbox they said to use the MT-90. I don't think there is that much difference between the two but if you have older seals, the MTL "may" leak more. Anyway, great oil. I noticed appreciably smoother shifting and less noise from a noisy first gear. Cheers, John |
