Unlike with Ferraris and other "snob" cars, I believe driving gloves are
appropriate
for a Healey driver (if you have a wood-rimmed steering wheel as I do,
they are
mandatory as the varnished wood can get very slick). I have a summer
(mesh)
pair and a winter pair (black leather), and one pair is always in the
glove box.
