I get all my front and rear shrouds dipped at a nearby (lucky) industrial 
dipping place for $2.00 per finished clean lb. That translates to $26.00 for 
a 13 lb. rear shroud and $38.00 for a 19 lb. front shroud. They are totally 
and completely clean everywhere with absolutely no damage or abrasion. It 
usually takes about 3 weeks because of the backlog but it's the only way to 
go.
