BN4 Restoration

Good morning all.

I have a couple of things to see to before I refit the front shroud.

One job is to fit the heater air intake hose from the blower to the heater
unit proper - through the firewall.

As I see it there is only one route for the hose, but once it is installed
it will almost totally obscure the pull rod for the bonnet(hood) opening
latch.

Am I going wrong somewhere or is this another BN4 'accessibility' problem?
