BJ8 diff rebuild

I need to rebuild and reinstall my 3.9:1 into my BJ8. (It was leaking so
I have a 4.11 in it at the moment and I thought it was the source of my
transmission noise). I presume to assure quiet running, I need to buy a
new gear set(expensive). I suppose Studebaker gears would be just as
expensive. Any other suggestions. (3:54 is not an option for me)
