We have an article about restoring your battery cut off switch coming  
up in the next months Healey Marque, We also have found the rivits  
which hold the switch together. You can not use screws to hold the  
switch together because the 10/32 machine screws that hold the switch  
to the bracket must go thru the rivits that are holding the switch  
together.
