Sounds to me like your tires are "toed out" which is a very bad thing in a
healey and will result in a great deal of tire wear and possibly poor gas
mileage on the freeway, and possibly a very unstable ride.
The front tires should be toed in slightly, depending on the wear in your
steering linkages will determine the total toe in. Frankly the best way to
evaluate this is at a shop. Steering alinement on a Healey should be pretty
cheap, you can only adjust toe-in. Camber is fixed.
