John,
It's a too late for this year, but please consider changing it back to
Thursday PM registration and having the main events Friday and Saturday.

Those of us in outlying areas need to be driving back on Sunday.

I think you'd get more non-local turnout if you did this. Last time I went
in '03 it was like this.
